Nancy Skinner is the definition of the term "moonbat".

So we should give the government more power to tax us even more so it can lead us into even bigger debt, instead of first doing something to fix the problem of out of control govenrment spending-like passing a Constitutional amendment that demands that govenrment keep a balanced budget.

Also, the argument about how there is too much disparity between rich and poor and this harms the economy,so we need to have government step in and redistribute the wealth is exactly how we get here in the first place-
The 'progressive tax' was enacted to 'fix' the problems these problems over 50 years ago,and the problem still exists, except now its exacerbated by out of control govenrment spending and regulation.

The issue with Julian Assange is despicable.
This proves that America is an empire,NOT a republic, and that the Constitution no longer matters.

Keep your chin up, J. Hall. I agree that sometimes the whole mess seems so hopeless. The Nancy Skinner's of the world outnumber the Nick Gillespie's. Added to that is the Skinnerbot's willingness to use force to make others comply. Even while many freedoms have been diminishing, we have seen great improvements in others. Race, gender, religious and sexual identity equality have probably never been better, and look to be continuing to improve. The internet allows unprecedented freedom of communication. There really is some good news out there.

There is a line being drawn between those who who want to use force to control the lives and property of others, and those who don't. This is the only political distinction that matters. Subject or citizen? if you don't make a choice, it will be made for you. I do see some hopeful rumblings from the American populace, like a great bear in restless hibernation. Not yet fully awake, certainly, but disturbed by unpleasant dreams and an unsatisfied hunger.

I don't see how Skinner is able to continue yapping the way she does, you'd think the cognitive dissonance would render her unconscious.
