Jim Rogers is always a top-notch choice for a guest. Great show.

Judge, love the show, but boy did you jump the track with Gov. Ventura. Please tell me you don't believe all of Ventura's silliness. You didn't even challenge his 9-11conspiracy nonsense. Also, it would have been a great if you would have asked Ventura to balance his hatred of big government with his liberal social views. I wonder if he wants government to impose any of those views on the rest of us.

If you remember, the first tea party (ok, second tea party, if you include Boston!) was to support Ron Paul for president. That was over a year before Obama was elected (maybe 2), and I attended a rally months before he was elected. Most people there opposed Bush, McCain, and Palin as well. That was the original point of it–to oppose both parties.

Rod i would suggest that you look up false flag operations and how government and corporations use fear to control people to further an agenda. There are many examples look up operation ajax, operation gladio, the Gulf of Tonkin. The fact is 9/11 has very very serious unanswered questions and as a result we have an ever expanding police state stripping Americans of their civil liberties and we are in perpetual war against a tactic not a country. I think with all that at stake and being that the 9/11 Commision was a white wash America needs to know the truth about 9/11 or this will never be a free country the way it should be. God bless!!

I believe you miss the entire premise of Judge Nap's show, and his overall philosophy as libertarian. Libertarians have OPEN minds. They are not closed. Even to the fantastical and theoretical. How long does it take for a mature man to realize things are not what they seem.

I personally believe, that an Almighty Creator is in ultimate control of the known universe in which we live. However, for those who are familiar with the book of Job and the Gospels, he has delegated operational authority to someone else. And that "someone else's" primary trait and weapon in RULE of this universe, is quite simply — deception.

America, will prove not to be a "New Atlantis." America is no exception to this ruler. It will find itself as vulnerable to this 'deception' as past societies. America may well prove to pass into the dustbin of history, as other great empires of the past have already demonstrated.

I issue you a challenge. Get to know John Taylor Gatto. Immerse yourself as thoroughly as possible as you can with this person. Soon, you will be able, with absolute authority, to state in public Who/What was responsible for both WWI and WWII. Two figures from history have already spoken to those facts, and they agree with each other 100%. And the two have never met face to face, nor to my understanding by any correspondence. One difference between the two. One was hung by the neck by the Gestapo, approximately three weeks before Germany's liberation from Nazi control.

Once you understand this, then all bets are off, and everything else is free game. Then you will begin to realize, that men such as Gov. Ventura are not as silly as they seem…

Great show as usual — how about adding the show on the Fox Business Network iOS (iPhone/iPad/iPod) app? Also would love to see the show on Hulu…

Judge… Your program format is a disservice to you. IMO – Prioritize, have fewer guests and go into more depth.

What's the deal with them saying the Tea Party showed up when Obama was elected?

The Tea Party was started by Ron Paul supporters before anyone was elected. Which happens to be when George Bush was the President.

And as the name implies, it was about Big Government, taxation, and out of control spending. Picking and choosing bills to protest is kind of hard to put on a 3 foot sign.

FFS Judge. Bring up the first Tea Party footage at least once. How many times has Ron Paul been on your show?

Jesse never mentions building (7) when he is asked about 911: 47 stories, football field away from towers, small fires, not hit by a plane, and fell into it's footprint in 6.5 seconds at 5:20 PM on 9/11(not possible without explosives). Also, this building was reported as collapsed by BBC, CNN, etc. "before" it collapsed. He never mentions Architects and Engineers (AE911truth.org) and media won't have the founder Richard Gage on their shows. Also, they don't interview David Ray Griffin (educator that has written 9 books on this subject) and one of the foremost authorities. He won't mention the peer reviewed scientific journal study of high-tech explosives in the dust, etc. We can go on and on about what Jesse never covers when interviewed.

While Jesse may be well known he appears to be an amateur on the subject of 9/11 or he would mention the obvious issues with the official "conspiracy theory" when he is interviewed. When one sees interviews on 9/11 why can't we see those that are actually educated on the subject? There is a ton of information for those actually interested in the significance of this issue. Those educators that won't miss all the important points on the subject.

Ventura has mentioned WTC 7 in past interviews; he has said, "How did two planes bring down three buildings?"

He may not be the biggest expert but he is pretty knowledgeable on the unanswered questions regarding 9/11

I suppose you believe the gulf of tonkin was a factual event as well huh?

Or that the sinking of the lusitania (precursor to WW1) wasn't planned?

Or that FDR taunted Japan into attacking pearl harbor?

Research your stuff man, don't take anyones word for it, not even mine :)
