Simmons is nothing but a government pimp for disinformation. He may indeed be able to fool most of the sheeple. The ones who have abandoned any critical thinking capabilities, who instead would rather wave their flags and consult their prayer books. It is not as easy to piss up the backs of cerebrally resourceful libertarians and declare that it's rain.

Then there is the intellectually deficient, Glenn Beckfoon with another of his many philosophical inconsistencies. By his own admission, he is suspect about anything the the current political administration in Washington says or does. In the next breath, he'll accept the sole word of government say-so, regarding the facts surrounding Osama bin Laden's death. Beck and his followers appear to those who are politically principled and constitutionally astute as the blind leading the naked.

Just saw your piece on Obama breaking the law when he had Osama bin Laden killed. I thought we had declared war on Al-Qaeda and terrorism. I also thought that "killing or capturing Osama bin Laden" was the stated intent of the US Military since we first went into Afghanistan nearly 10 years ago. I find it hard to believe that nobody seemed to mind that we openly stated and pursued an "illegal" act for nearly 10 years – until just now. Also, haven't we been told that Al-Qaeda posed an imminent threat to the US at all times since 2001? Does the killing of their leader then not satisfy your requirement for self-defense?

I'm just confused by your contradictory statements, and more than mildly offended by your suggestion that this administration has now set a precedent that allows them to "kill on a whim". Year a 10 year military campaign sure seems like a whim in retrospect. George Bush's whim.

Dr. Steve R. Pieczenik served as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of State under three different administrations, Nixon, Ford and Carter, while also working under Reagan and Bush senior, and still works as a consultant for the Department of Defense. A former US Navy Captain, Pieczenik achieved two prestigious Harry C. Solomon Awards at the Harvard Medical School as he simultaneously completed a PhD at MIT.

Hello Hello Hello anyone there? Osama Bin Laden was NOT responsible for 9/11!!!! Cave dwellers do NOT have Tesla technology that turned the towers to dust. Are all of you braindead? Come on wake up! The whole thing is a scam. If you really want to know what happened on 9/11 read, Where did the towers go? by Dr Judy Wood who has actually done a forensic investigation. There is no excuse for this ignorance!!!!

    Judge:

With all due respect, I saw you on Eric Bolling's show this evening discussing the lizard in West Texas/New Mexico and the Delta Smelt. Did you forget the 5th Amendment to the Constitution? The ESA violates the 5thg Amendment and is therefore, unlawful/unconstitutional as Congress and the Courts do not have the authority to override the Constitution!
