Bachmann hedges on reauthorizing the the Patriot Act — She refuses to give a straight answer. That "Act" is an abomination, and should not exist in ANY form.

    She won't have my vote.

Bachmann needs to stop playing chicken with the Tea Party. She knows the supreme law of the land. It's there for a reason. One question Mrs. Bachmann. What are you fighting for and protecting, when you have no freedoms and Rights? Use your head.

I don't think that she is playing chicken with the Tea Party. I think that she is right in line with most of them. Most Tea Party members are not Libertarian.

Think where we headed national passport / ID, now most purchases by credit card to morph into electronic money system; the power to tax is the power to destroy therefore giving the federal government SALES TAX power to tax every money transaction is the power to know about every monetary thing everyone does, control and stop any transaction by stopping fund transfer, or making it illegal; do you really believe the federal government will simply take everyone word about how much was in dollars was transacted or like current IRS demand to know names accounts amounts!!!? Think the same agency will be tracking sale tax that tracked income tax and they will not instantly change their micro managing accounting management thinking. And the government could then add a income tax again on top of a sales tax!

I agree with you Rexi, I'm pretty sure that Bachmann is not playing chicken with the Tea Party. She actually did great with the most of them. She's right about those things. :)
