Here’s this past weekend’s edition of Freedom Watch in case you missed it.

  1. Ed G Said,

Hey! Just watched your interview with Mike Lee. Question: The United States IS a great country, or the United States ARE great!

  2. Brandon L Said,

The President says the "FREE market" has to be "nurtured and cultivated?" Wait… what?!?!?

  3. Greg Said,

    November 8, 2010 @ 2:17 pm

He means they need to administer the free market from the halls of Congress and the White House. As if that isn't a complete contradiction.

read "The Canadian century, moving outof America's Shadow" Canada did a U-turn from 3rd world toworld beater by cutting all government spending by 9 over 2 years, by cutting federal employment by 14% over the same 2 years.
They set the bar, they showed the way, now lets get 'er done! Nibbling around the edges won't do it.

  5. Ronnie Said,

    Great show Judge!

Huckabee "the government's intrusion into our personal lives is way over the top"

Huckabee "I don't care about marijuana in the privacy of your own home, the police have better things to do"

If he would have stopped there he might be on to something.
However, he goes on to say that he is not for legalization of marijuana, so in other words he doesn't think the police should be worrying about people in their own homes, except he wouldn't advocate for changing the law to protect people in their own homes. He is correct, he is a classic republican, he is for freedom, except when he is not.

I don't know if the judge reads these comments, but if he does, it would be nice if he would follow up with questions to people like huckabee and corner him on his B.S., i know they are friends and co-workers, but come on judge.

Hey Huckabee, how is it different to ban smoking from banning trans fat?
Maybe the govenrment can set policy on government ground, but in a private business? how is he different from Bloomberg?

Hey Huckabee, how do you defend individual liberty by stating the police shouldn't be doing something but leaving them with the authority to do it? (ie marijuana prohibition). that is the worst kind of law. BTW that is the same answer Palin gave when she was on the show.

Somehow I was a lot less satisfied from usual with this show. Huckabee was a terrible choice for a guest, IMHO.

How about having Sheriff Richard Mack on the show?! I just saw him in person – dynamite for state's rights/10th Amendment: http://www.sheriffmack.com/

  9. What the Huck? Said,

    November 11, 2010 @ 2:32 pm

What is Huckabee doing on a show about freedom?!?! Who is responsible for inviting him on anyway?! Is this the result of Fox trying to cross-pollenate their hosts?

Everything he says is bogus. He's a sanctimonious, condescending, preacher-man, demagogue. A fraud through and through. He follows and pretends he leads. Man, he gives me truly sick.

He's hardly a straight-talker (see the above comments). He epitomizes everything that is nasty about politicians. Does anyone who just heard that interview know where he stands on cigarettes or drugs? (We already knew he was for Federal command and control of both.)

Hey Huckabee, I'm one man telling you NOT to run in 2012.

ACLU, NJ files second suit in Point Pleasant Beach N.J. against prayer asking court to forbid it .Please how can we continue to ask for God's guidance and wisdom publicly at council meetings,as has been the custom for approximately 25 years, to help run our town? I believe our government is curtailing our freedom of speech.
Congratulations on your Freedom Watch segment. May God Bless you.
