Christina Tobin's contribution was one of the most disturbing I have ever heard. What she describes would truly turn the electorate into a rubber stamping machine. The USA has a worse democracy than the one it is trying to impose on Iraq. Politicians should never control the electoral process in this way.

Please Judge, when mentioning smaller government, greater individual liberties and fewer bureaucratic restrictions, use the name Ronald Reagan very sparingly.

Sorry, the facts don't bear out that the only people who come here are (1) good, (2) work hard, (3) and mean no harm but make the country better.
That's why AZ has stepped up to protect their residents.

Thank you for having a debate on immigration. It's good to hear several sides. Please have more debates.

We have a top two primary system in Washington state. It sucks.

With all due respect Judge, those who oppose abortion have been benefiting from the euphemism "pro-life" for decades. A more accurate phrase to describe their cause would be "pro-birth". The majority of those who hold this position have no interest in what happens to an infant after the umbilical cord is severed.

I don't think you can level this accusation at Judge Napolitano. In fact just the opposite since is entire being is dedicated to the individual and their rights. That's hardly not caring once the umbilical cord is cut.

Judge, you need to understand that police already stop citizens for any reason they please, just google "stop and frisk." I hate it, but if they are doing it to citizens already, illegals should be stopped as well. I love the judge, but it is not conservative to have open borders and a tsunami of 3rd world immigrants. Please think of blue collar working Americans who have to compete with them for jobs, and are losing their standard of living. It's not that Americans won't do certain jobs- they just won't do them for minimum wage!
