Viewing these videos I was again reminded that Judge Napolitano is not only an astounding intellect but also a great man.

There is at least one reason a constitutionalist libertarian can make for opposing gay marriage. That reason has absolutely nothing to do with morality. It only has to do with economics. If gays are allowed to marry, gay spouses would be entitled to more government benefits, payed for involuntarily by taxpayers. The Judge was absolutely correct in his assertion that government punishes unmarried people unfairly. Conversely, married persons, heterosexual and homosexual alike, should not benefit financially from preferential treatment by the government. Take the socialist entitlements out of marriage and take the government out of marriage by making all marriages civil unions. At that point, two consenting adults can be free to live as they desire without imposing onto another citizen, the burden to pay for that couple's decision.

While I've really anticipated your new show, I'm now wondering if it's not just neo-con pandering to the independents (so that we lose future elections, too). Nothing on 'Fox' is conservative; so either sever your ties with it, or suffer from that moderate snake of a network poisoning its own tail. I (as an American…descendant of the people who founded this republic, in the first place) am tired of being labeled by the elitist powers that be, simply because I don't want their policies shoved up my a**!

The judge's views on interracial marriage are wrong, for the fact that Marxists have used miscegenation to divide communities of like-minded Americans; therefore, they weaken the laws & leadership of the nation:http://gnosticliberationfront.com/soviet_textbook… (The preface was written by Kenneth Oliver Goff (a defector from the 'Communist Party, U.S.A.'), which also contains information about concentration-camps being built in America for Americans…a fact which Glenn Beck has tried to discredit. So 'F.E.M.A.' (under Chertoff) is a harsh reality, not a conspiracy-theory!)

Proof (against integration/miscegenation) lies within the Forefather's stance on the matter of immigration:http://www.thepoliticalcesspool.org/jamesedwards/… .

And before you quickly jump to the examples of early settlers marrying Indians, it was for the purpose of survival. The continent was more rural at the time, with not yet the populace of Whites to supply companionship. But as the populations of their colonies grew, this habit changed…as they found greater peace by marrying their own kind. (You may, Mr. Napolitano, want to consult Thomas Woods' "The Politically-Incorrect Guide to American History" (2004) for this information. Funny…how you have both men on your show, yet you know very little about the information (in Woods' book) which Ron Paul endorsed on the rear cover!)

Manning Johnson (an African-American defector from the 'Communist Party, U.S.A.'), in 1958, indicated the Communist tactic of using integration for the same destructive purposes:http://www.manningjohnson.org/ . (How about reading the document, as opposed to pulling a Glenn Beck…who nit-picks the parts of history which suit his views, and chooses to discard the rest. Here…a man (from half-a-century ago…Mr. Johnson) was trying to relate his knowledge of the inner-workings of the Reds to fellow-Americans, in order for them to have the ammunition to fight an otherwise-invisible enemy.)

Still not convinced where miscegenation is directing us? Read what Nicolas Sarkozy was promoting, during this (1-26-09) coverstory on him making single-race marriages unlawful:http://www.amren.com/mtnews/archives/2009/01/the_… .

Speaking of reducing government debt, my thoughts on where we stand versus the PIIGS. Not good!….

    America, PIIGS “R” Us too?

video-Columbia, MO: you said the Officers on the raid should be arrested, may be you should say the person who ordered SWAT in should be held accountable. As always the low man who does not make policy, who trains for the job. How about the Judge, if he issued the warrant with so little facts or information.
