    I live in the UK and would like to comment on Daniel Hannan's contribution. Although The Tory party here has some inclination to small government it is a very weak commitment which mostly shows itself when it is out of office. If they do reduce government then it will only be in areas that they don't particularly favour. They are unlikely to reduce military spending, indeed the opposite is more certain. They will certainly not reduce spending on the mechanisms of state control so the police and the courts will be untouched.

    To be candid comparing any of our UK politician to Ron Paul is just laughable. All our politicians are squalid. They have just en mass been squirming with embarrassment because they have been exposed as cheats over their claims for expenses.

    You can tell by the slippery way Hannan handled Judge Nepolitano's questions that really he is just trying to co-opt those part of the tea party ideology that he can use in order to put them to political advantage.

    I would also point out that both the Tory part and the Labour party are in large part feminist parties with an accompanying agenda that is the antithesis of Liberty.

    How about a Third NO Party. Not NO like Dr. Paul, but NO like No Party. Totally Independent and Individual. How about getting RID of PARTIES. Like Dr. Paul says, he is an advocate for the individual. Who needs Parties. They are BAD.

    Yes, Kokesh was a sgt in Iraq and then after being found to have brought back a firearm from Iraq was busted back to E4 and given a General (Less than Honorable) discharge. He was active in trying to get active duty soldiers to 'Lay down their arms and desert' at a post in Ansbach Germany, shortly before they were to deploy to Iraq/Afghanistan. He has been active in Winter Soldier II ala John F'n Kerry during Vietnam. Adam kokesh is definitely NOT a person to be considered for dogcatcher much less congress.

    Hey Dawg!
    I'm very surprised that Kokesh hasn't been thrown in prison by now. He's a disgrace to the military and a disgrace to his country and his family. I hear he's running for Congress…..now there's a real joke!

    I am deeply disappointed in Judge Napolitano for his lack of "vetting" Adam Kokesh! I personally stood outside of the recruiting station at 14th & L Street in Washington, DC in 2007 as Adam Kokesh and his Marxist friends such as the IVAW, World Can't Wait, ANSWER and the SDS ran around in circles yelling that our Soldiers are the terrorists! Adam Kokesh told me that day that his goal was to see that not one person was recruited. He and his group of Marxist friends thought they obstructed the duties of our brave recruiters inside that day but they were routing the recruits through the back door. His nonsense and temper tantrums caused several Metro Police to have to stand out in front of that recruiting station for about 5 hours with those of us who stood in support of our troops.

    Adam Kokesh is a disgrace to the uniform and a traitor to his Brothers.

    Judge,
    I too am very disappointed in your over site of what Adam Kokesh had been involved in. Up until I saw this video I was very impressed with the points you have mad on Fox. I hope that you come to your senses and take a close look at this person you are championing. Until then, you have lost a viewer (and I am sure there will be a legion of people that follow). There is absolutely no excuse on Earth to disrespect our military.

    Please spend some time and do the right thing…review this guy's history. I hope you will then come to understand the truth about Kokesh.

  12. SPOCK Said,

    What is WRONG with you Judge??? Do you just take this jokers word for it that he's "a Republican"??? Are you mad? Adam Kokesh may call himself anything he wants…he can say that he's purple and from Mars…but he's a chameleon. He's L-O-N-G been a shill for the likes of Black-Bloc, A.N.S.W.E.R., World Can't Wait, SDS, Code Pink, and a hoard of other NOT-SO-Republican groups who have long been anarchists at best. Next you'll be interviewing Barny Frank as the "new" voice of the Tea Party! DO SOME RESEARCH and stop embarassing yourself by advocating this fraud of a candidate.

    Judge,
    I’ve always had a lot of respect for you and your words … till now. You have not done your homework.

    I was at the Capital on September 15, 2007 when ANSWER, Code Poink, SDS, several thousand avowed communists and Adam Kokesh pitched their anti-war hissy fit. I was there as a member of the Gathering of Eagles, assigned to stand with and protect a group of Gold Star moms who were protesting the use of their fallen sons’ images and names by Adam’s comrades.

    You would assume that Gold Star moms would need no protection, that they could expect nothing but respect from any American, right? Wrong. I watched and listened to those vile creatures as they marched past, shouting and cursing at these ladies. They spat, and jeered. They yelled “your son got what he deserved”.

    We were several hundred American patriots, surrounded by thousands of anti-American leftists. I argued with punks that were mad that I called them commies, they told me I had no right to call them that – even though they carried Soviet flags.

    Adam Kokesh was not just one of them, he was one of their leaders. He marched with anarchists, communists and troop-haters.

    Now he’s a conservative Republican tea-partier? Oh hell no, I am not stupid. Said Fletcher to the Union Senator, “There’s another old saying Senator … don’t piss down my back and tell me it’s raining.”

    Kokesh is a narcissistic, opportunistic parasite. He will take sides with whoever, whatever makes him feel good at the moment. That he has the backing of the Ron Paul cult is fitting, peas in pods.

  14. TB Said,

    March 4, 2010 @ 3:22 am

    I have lost all respect for Judge Napolitano on this one. Kokesh’s behavior has been unexcusable. Maybe Glen Beck can devote a whole show and blackboard to what it means to be a traitor to your brothers in arms and country.

    Fox needs to comment on this-or at least put someone on to give a counter view of Kokesh- you know, “fair and balanced.”

    If they don’t address this- I am done with the network b/c I hold them to a high standard- and I am sure I am not the only one who feels this way. I have Fox on a couple hours a day in the background of whatever I am doing- would hate to turn it off, but I will.

Perhaps it's because so many have seen this traitor with their own eyes. Were YOU in DC last year? The year before? When Adam was slightly to the LEFT of George Soros? I don't think so. Do a little research or come out and admit what you truly are…a shill for this TRAITOR Koke-head!

    Listen Judge,

    Seriously, this guy wears his uniform around, the same one my friends bled and died in… and runs around hanging flags upside down. Now judge you may be against the war in Iraq, but you can't be against the warrior. How can you give a guy like Kokesh a platform and disregard his shameful tactics of opposition? Protesting is American. Hanging upside down flags, disrespecting uniforms and performing combat theater outside Arlington is juvenile, disrespectful and treasonous.

    You just lost one fan FOREVER.

    I would like to embed these videos on my blog, from time to time, but Blogger doesn't like the format. Would it be possible to post a blogger-compatible script code, please?

    As things stand, I have to resort to downloading the video, and then uploading it to youtube, to obtain a usable script.

May, 2007, Adam Kokesh urges U.S. troops at a base in Anspach, Germany to quit the military: "If any of you should decide to leave the Army while in Germany and throw down your arms, the people of Ansbach will support you and do our best to provide you with aid, comfort, and sanctuary." Judge, by having Adam Kokesh on your show, you are:

    a) in league with George Washington RE foreign entanglement;
    b) supporting the U.S. Constitution (i.e., the LAW) regarding U.S. foreign armed conflict;
    c) in league with the courageous "Dr. No", U.S. Rep. Ron Paul of Texas, a patriot that has done 1,000 times more for our national security than any military person of any rank;
    d) irritating the toothless Spartans and NeoCon horde, whose real allegiance (to their service branch, NOT to the Constitution) always comes out when anyone eposes their free-lunch government-worker career, their historical ignorance, or their false 'Christianity'.

  24. Amphictyon Said,

    REAL patriotic military men were Generals Geo. Washington, Smedley Butler, and Dwight Eisenhower, who warned against this; in his 1961 farewell address, the latter said the military industry was dooming our republic.

    Many in the military, like Spartans of old, were bred for war; their false allegiance is just what Eisenhower warned about. On this thread, they've shown that they'll turn against any fellow American who dares tell the truth to cast their 'service' in a bad light. Timid Americans are afraid of such goons, on their street.

    Not me; I'm an armed Texan, with the spirit of my forefathers in me: citizens' militias of the sovereign States are the ONLY military that the forefathers had in mind at the first; that, and a navy to DEFEND OUR SHORES, not to 'project power' worldwide.

    Since Churchill created modern 'Iraq', witless warriors have been useful idiots for offshore corporations wanting "their" assets protected (for free) against the population on whose homeland that "asset" sits.

    Judge, the founding fathers would be proud of your unrelenting attack on EVERY domestic enemy of the Constitution. Keep it up.

    wouldn't you agree that the judge should be fair and balanced in his interviews with kokesh? he should present the facts about kokesh and then let the audience decide. by avoiding all comment about kokesh's "controversial" past, it seems like the judge is purposely avoiding a kokesh sink-hole. wouldn't you agree?

    if kokesh is soproud of his past, why isn't he bringing it up himself??

    … it ain't easy to try to pass yourself off as a eagle.
    Adam Kokesh turned his back on his comrades while they were still in the field.
    He is nothing short of a John Kerry wannabe and a future John Murtha in waiting.
    If nothing else, at least make sure his "resume" is complete. To do otherwise, is a disservice to this duck for the first time.

I do not believe in big government. We need our guns to protect us FROM the government. We need our military to defeat our enemies. Too bad that the worse enemies we have are in Washington DC. Bring our soldiers home and let's have a military coup and get rid of the commies in Washington. All of them including Obama.
