The AmericaAgain! Legal Section will help grand juries, state prosecutors, and state judges read the Supremacy Clause correctly for the rest of American history. We The People can give teeth to the 10th Amendment; we the producers can find relief under the 9th Amendment at last.

Even Mr. Big-Government-Hamilton touches this tactic in his warranty language on the new Constitution, in Federalist #28. When the People and the States team up against federal tyranny, they will preponderate, guarantees Mr. Hamilton.

Ironically, Hamilton in Federalist 28 is the closest thing to the AmericaAgain! Indictment Engine tactical plan. I think Madison never considered the COURTS of the States as the place to "judge of the infractions and apply remedies" — because States' Rights actions during the period under the Articles of Confederation suggested the republic wouldn't hold together.

The VERTICAL checks that Madison and Jefferson built into the system (as they explain in their Virginia and Kentucky Resolutions, respectively) have not ONCE been exercised. The 9th and 10th Amendment have NEVER been enforced; there has been no mechanism to do so until the AmericaAgain! Indictment Engine™.
