Great show. I can't imagine what your show at the 2011 CPAC will be like.

Shouldn't discussions like this be the meat and potatoes of every political show on television.

If you want to talk about a pro-American message, these guys are the ones people to whom we should be listening.

What you might not realise is that these programmes are seen outside of the USA. I watch the Judge ever day and I live in Britain. What I hear excites and inspires me. I think that The Judge, Ron Paul and the others are truly great human beings . I just regret that I am so far away and not able to be part of your revolution.

    Paul,

A bit of American history is in order. What you see happening across these 50 States of America is no "revolution" at all; it's the antithesis of revolution.

No more erudite or trenchant spokesman exists today than Judge Napolitano, for this movement of American citizens. The 'tea party' phenomenon is (I believe) only a short-term interim step in finding permanent mechanisms of self-government. The movement as a whole is just this: sovereign citizens awaking to the corruption of our government at every level.

What the movement has NOT yet become is: a full awakening to our duties under the 9th and 10th Amendments of our US Constitution, and especially a tactical plan to fulfill those duties perennially. That is called AmericaAgain!

    http://www.myamericaagain.org

But you must see the tactical plan that will finally enforce the 9th Amendment (popular sovereignty; all un-enumerated powers retained by the People), thus also finally giving real enforcement power to the 10th Amendment (un-enumerated powers retained by the States and the People).

That Constitution is the Supreme Law of this constitutional republic, Paul.

By that document, We The People (through our sovereign States) gave birth, life, and strictly limited powers to our creature government at the federal level, for the few purposes that the States all had in common.

"The Supremacy Clause" of the Constitution is found in Article VI, Clause 2. It provides that "(t)his Constitution, and the laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof, and treaties made…under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby…".

Paul, if there is a 'revolution' going on in America, it began with a usurping monster, Dishonest Abe Lincoln, and his War to Enslave the States. Since that time, you see, every president and every Congress has ratcheted (to use Robert Higgs’ delightfully accurate analogy) towards tyranny.

But tyranny is too vast a concept for the citizen to grasp by the forked tail. Better to think of Congress as individual actors, then you'll see the Leviathan for what it is. Then we can grab the smaller imps like so many Colombian drug lords, dismissive of the law.

Paul, ever since we shook free of your King George III about 234 years ago, wicked men began to scheme against these sovereign States of America. Since Lincoln, but increasingly since Tom 'Woodrow' Wilson, FDR, et al…the company line from Washington DC is:

"Might makes right! We can skim your paychecks…our IRS bag-men terrorise you! This makes you our serfs, you fools! Checks-and-balances? All federal courts inferior to the USSC are creations of Congress; they serve at OUR pleasure, not yours. So WE will decide when Leviathan has done wrong! Now…back to work, Taxpayer!!"

At AmericaAgain! we call this the "Supreme Creature Doctrine". Most constitutional law authors and professors, even when writing about 'true Federalism', couch their analyses in the Supreme Creature Doctrine.

The VERTICAL checks that Madison and Jefferson built into the system (as they explain in their Virginia and Kentucky Resolutions, respectively) have not ONCE been exercised. The 9th and 10th Amendment have NEVER been enforced; there has existed no mechanism to do so, until the AmericaAgain! Indictment Engine™.

But with this new mechanism in mind, allied with Richard Mack’s “Constitutional Sheriffs Association” and Stewart Rhodes’ “Oathkeepers” organization – NOW read the Supremacy Clause, through the eyes of James Madison.

Article VI, Clause 2 only makes sense followed by Clause 3, stipulating that all officers and members of government (federal and State) shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation to support the Constitution.

Either sanction and remedy exist for violations, or no law exists.

In our James Madison Briefing Room™, AmericaAgain! Legal Section will help grand juries, state prosecutors, and state judges read the Supremacy Clause correctly for the rest of American history. We The People can give teeth to the 10th Amendment; we the producers can find relief under the 9th Amendment at last.

Even Mr. Big-Government-Hamilton touches this tactic in his warranty language on the new Constitution, in Federalist #28. When the People and the States team up against federal tyranny, they will preponderate, guarantees Mr. Hamilton.

We dare not repeat the lessons of history: single-state nullification, secession, etc. Nor should we think that voting will matter, until we also take action against federal criminals as is our DUTY in the courts of the States.

We can put the fear of God into corrupt government actors; provide for the Judges of our State Criminal Courts to hear criminal cases against corrupt and/or criminally negligent members of Congress individually, under State Criminal Codes.

No one is above the law; the purpose of AmericaAgain! is to prove that to the corrupt members of Congress and to a federal judiciary industry of whose 'Supreme Creature Doctrine' we have had our fill.

The Indictment Engine™ is only one-third of the AmericaAgain! tactical mechanism. On the website we describe how we also intend to draft and force passage of reform legislation, and shrink the $4 trillion per year pork flow using lawful power of the purse.

Beginning now, in the Year of our Lord 2010, WE divide and conquer THEM. Beginning now, by God’s grace, we become AmericaAgain!

Ironically, Hamilton in Federalist 28 is the closest thing to the AmericaAgain! Indictment Engine tactical plan. I think Madison never considered the COURTS of the States as the place to "judge of the infractions and apply remedies" — because States' Rights actions during the period under the Articles of Confederation suggested the republic wouldn't hold together.

    That's just a guess.
