She doesn't know any better (and/or) Told to by her "handlers"
Debra Medina hasn't been pushed by the MSM and Sarah Palin doesn't know about her.
If she does know about her now, it is to late to flip/flop on her endorsement and look like she is not a main line party advocate. The list goes on.....

Thanks Judge. As always, this segment was informative and differentiating between candidates and politicians who selectively support liberty and smaller government from those politicians who support liberty and smaller government across the board--fiscal policy, foreign policy, and personal choice issues.

I continue to believe that the Libertarian Party is a far better alternative than either the Democratic or Republican parties. However, having voted Libertarian in 2004, I was really disappointed in the selection of Bob Barr and Wayne Allyn Root as the Libertarian candidates for president and vice president, respectively. Making a former supporter of the Drug War and a former supporter of the Iraq War the two standard bearers for the Libertarian Party was a collosal mistake, and drove countless libertarians (both minarchists and anarcho-capitalists) away from the party.

I hope the Libertarian Party gets its act together for 2012 and offers a presidential and vice presidential candidate with genuinely libertarian views. They don't necessarily need to have purist positions on 100% of the issues, but offering a presidential and vice presidential candidate who are both solidly antiwar and anti War on Drugs would be nice.

What's the difference between a big "L" and little "l" libertarian? Guessing one is the party and the latter is the philosophy. I would really consider myself a liberal though that term has been distorted to the point of no return. Can't say I really care about parties anymore, if I see a Republican or Democrat I like I'll vote for him regardless of party affiliation.

Most Republicans where I live already agree that government should stay out of our fiscal lives. They seem to be the easiest to reach though they still believe in ridiculous gay marriage bans and think war is the answer to everything (ya know, like WWII got us out of the depression, broken window fallacy anyone?)

So called "liberals" are a lost cause I believe, they seem to think they are Robin Hood. Though Robin Hood was actually returning wealth that was expropriated by unjust taxes; they recall the moral of the story being simply "stealing from the rich to give to the poor."

So please DON'T vote down party line even if they consider themselves libertarian. Get on Google, do some research and really see whether these candidates are worth their salt.
