THE TEA PARTY MEANING
America was founded on individual liberty and local government no more than one day’s horseback ride from the governed. The 19th century Democrat was the staunch defender of state’s rights, which, under Federalists, Whigs and Republicans was assigned the role of slavery’s justifiers. The civil war cost us local government, the laws affecting behavior rising to the states and then the Federal government, way outside the one-day horseback distance rule that worked so well. The vigilante movements in the West and South were remnants of local home rule, where citizens concerned with the way they were governed took action to right the wrongs. The Tea Party Movement is another example of citizen participation against the governing elite centered far, far from the folks. It demonstrates the founding ideals of America are still the dominant tradition. The 20th century Democrats have declared war on Tea Parties as vigilantes and on America’s founding traditions, as cited in THE CHANGING FACE OF DEMOCRATS on claysamerica.com.

The sooner we get involved in this coming process, the more we can prevent, or at the very least minimize its abuses. Folks, we are simply out of time. Any restitution, outside of the martial framework, is simply impossible. The 'political will' (if it ever existed) simply does not exist. It will never come, without at least a generation of 're-education, and' 're-industrialization,' and none of this via any present civilian leadership.

The Judge needs to get Doug McIntosh on his show, together in the same episode with Gerald Celente. You will find Celente, on the very same page as McIntosh. Folks, this is simply the most logical conclusion, and inevitable . Given the totality of all alternatives and known circumstances. Would you rather prefer, a 'Babylonian Captivity' via the PRC?

Judge, The information I came across recently but may be completely wrong, but there are many people including myself who feel that it may be true. It looks to me that the Constitution may have been shelved a long time ago. I located some information regarding Emergency Powers Statutes that from what information I could locate seems to have been in effect since 1933. If true it may be the reason why the Federal Government has been completely disregarding the Constitution. I would have disregarded it if the Senate did not address it in 1973 with Senate Report 93-549 . http://www.scribd.com/doc/18407826/Senate-Report-... . This is another report that was updated in 2001 http://fpc.state.gov/documents/organization/6216.... . It was confirmed by a friend of mine who is a Sgt. in the local PD. His comment was that they don't like people to know because if the Constitution was in effect it would hinder their work. This is disturbing. We are just looking for the truth so we can adjust and adapt for the fight ahead. My NYS rep. punted my question up to my Federal rep and there is no way Schumer would ever give the true answer.
