I love the judge, but out of all of this country's problems, PLEASE stop whining about the poor Wall St. bankers having their pay capped. In a more perfect society, there should be no govt. controls on anyone's salary. But when a good majority of us are economically screwed, who gives a damn about executive compensation? At the behest of CEOs and stock values, major corporations have outsourced, pushed for open illegal immigration to pull down wages, and contracted out all the jobs that once provided people with a decent living! It's about time that the compensation of executives began to mirror what has happened to the rest of society.
