    this was an awesome and enlightening episode. i'm glad eminent domain may start to see some restraint. i'm definitely going to talk about this on my town show… keep it up judge!

    I think the Kelo decision actually scared some people into giving the entire idea of eminent domain another examination.

    Especially when the land expropriated has been abandoned by its new owner.

    Just goes to show that people don’t value that which is gotten too easily. Like all politicians and OUR MONEY.

    Actually, Greenland was named that by the inhabitants of Iceland so immigrants would go there and not Iceland.
