It's always great to watch Dr. Brook speaking so eloquently. It would be great to see more people from the Ayn Rand institute on Freedom Watch.

Wow, I try to catch any interview with Dr. Brook that I can and that segment proves why. Great line of questioning, too Napolitano! You covered a lot of ground in a short amount of time and it was effortless to follow.
Your other segments were good, too. I will be sure to watch the next interview, thank you for continuing to speak out.

They mentioned pockets of freedom in China. Here's one such example:

We are in and ideological war. Yaron Brook is the ideological warrior who is the point of the spear. Great segment.

Dr. Brook is superb. I believe his message is principled and offers the only solution for any chance to hold onto freedom. He focuses on the cure, not the first aid. So refreshingly rational as usual! More Yaron please.

Dr. Brook is superb and has a most significant and principled message which needs to penetrate to the mainstream. He focuses on the cure, not the first aid. So refreshingly rational as usual! More Yaron please.

One more voice raised in praise of Dr Brook's presentation of Ayn Rand's principled and practical answers to those who would enslave us.. More please.

Dr. Brook is an excellent speaker and advocate for the ideals of Ayn Rand and ARI. The problem with Objectivism has always been, not its ideals, but that its advocates spoke of those ideals in a way that made people who would otherwise have taken up those ideals say, "Well, I like Rand's messages, but I've met a few Objectivists and they just seemed mean, crazy, rude, etc." Brook does not come off this way, thus giving him an inestimable advantage when it comes to spreading the philosophy of the Enlightenment. Keep it up, Dr. Brook!

Dr. Brook and Nick Gillespie, on the previous show, have it right. All of these major issues that we face, economic, judicial, social, are a result of an apathetic and undereducated American electorate. We are our own worst enemy.

I can't agree more.
I think it has to do with the fact that students of Objectivism believe they can't be friendly and benevolent while still being absolutely selfish and principled. They also may subconsciously hold the "mean, crazy, rude" stigma that a we're taught a selfish person has all throughout our life, and act accordingly.
Great clip, I recommend continuing having Dr. Brook as a guest.

I think there is a problem in the compensations. Not the right for banks to pay them, but with the money that funds them. This money is inflation money, and thus dishonest.
The executives have as a prime task to make their companies get thelions share of the inflation money. In a market flush in inflation money, that is a fully honest activity, and deserves to be paid in accordance with results. There's a fierce competition between banks to get to this money, and the executives who manage this best deserve their pay.
The proper solution is to stop the money printing by the Federal Reserve. This would stop the excessive money flow into the financial system (and prevent inflation, cure other ills), and would be a free market approach to reduce the high executive payouts.

More fundamentally, I believe, like Yaron Brook, the proper solution is to strive for a society with FREEDOM as its core principles – the separation of the economy and the state, religion and the state, science and the state and education and the state.
