The Latest: Freedom Watch Scheduling Update
The Freedom Watch schedule has been inconsistent of late. There will be no show recorded today nor posted tomorrow. However, we have an explanation. Here is an update from the show’s producer:
Judge is traveling to University of Georgia, in Athens, GA, to debate Michael Waldman, former chief speech writer for President Clinton and current professor of law at New York University, on the morality of abortion and the legal and moral issues attendant upon the federal government paying for abortions through a public option or through federally-financed private insurance. They expect about 500 students to attend the debate.
We apologize about the inconsistent schedule as the Judge has been busy with public speaking events lately, such as this one.
We’re going to get more into the Republican Party divide next week…
Also, the Philadelphia Forum for Freedom at Drexel University is hosting a live Freedom Watch on the campus, October 28, 2009; more details to come, including exact time, other potential guests, etc.
Later today there should be a new segment posted with Peter Schiff, which we’ll have posted here as soon as it’s made available. Also look for the audio podcasts to “catch up” today and tomorrow as well.
As the Judge used to end the weekly version of Freedom Watch, “Until next week, Stay Free!”

I'm really looking forward to this Drexel event as a Philadelphian.
Stay busy, keep us updated, and stay free Judge!!

I know that your site is not directly tied to the event, but I would like you to post a link to a website where the Judge’s debate can be seen online (if one exists).
I’ll try to find one on my own, but many people who would be interested to see it might not have the time to hunt one down. It would not only be kind to loyal viewers but also a bit of content that the event would like to be promoted.

Well I can't and refuse to use Adobe Flash Players, the videos don't work, you can't download them.
Try using OGG or OGV file format AND give end users/viewers the ability to download the episodes.
Thanks.
Also why on earth would I use an OPENID with FOX NEWS? LOL. Why not just give them the keys to my car and house instead, how about my bank account number?

Asking a major media outlet to use Open Source audio and video formats is way too much to ask. It would be nice, indeed, but we have to take what we can get.
And your paranoia over OpenID is over the top. Providing sensitive personal information is not required.

Ditto about the Judge coming to Philly. I'm a Temple University libertarian and will definitely be in attendance for the show.

OK, I get it now – "Freedom Watch" is not a regularly scheduled show – and no one should expect it to be.
I love the show – and really appreciate the Judge. But fans, such as myself, should not have been led to believe it would be a real, regularly scheduled show. It is, in actuallity, a peroidic presentation, the production of which is completely dependant upon one man's schedule.
I say this not out of malace, but disappointment.
