"Moderate" Republicans like Graham, Bush, and McCain are the reason we now have to deal with Obama and the other radical collectivists in charge. They destroyed the credibility of Republicans by pushing their thinly-veiled statism under the banner of conservatism. That left the voter out in the cold without a choice on the ballot that represented constitutionalism and individual liberty. The result was that the Democrats, even with their backwards and nonsensical principles, were able to defeat the Republicans who had no principles.

Only libertarians can save the Republican party. Statists like Graham will only drive the party over the cliff for good.

As an angry white young woman I can tell you that Mr. Graham is way off the mark. The fact that both parties represent big government, big business, and irresponsible consumers means that neither represents me nor the constitution they swore to uphold. Ron Paul is the only hope that our country has and I am afraid that the media and Republican Party have marginalized him. Instead they put a buffoon and a bimbo on the 2008 ticket and lost – the only votes those two garnered were against Obama, not for them.

Let the senator be liberal lite, while the country reunites around our constitution and our Great American values. Throw all of these "know it all, I'm better than you" politicians out on their backsides. Cut out the cancers before this country becomes really sick. We can all move forward and heal this country instead of being at each others throats. We don't need all of these mounds of legislative non-sense. We need strong valued people in our government to shrink this cancerous government back to a manageable size and let the free market rocket us back to our great status in the world, which the world envy's.

He will not allow? That sounds alot like what the Missouri GOP did during the last caucus and congressional convention.

A GOP party leader bragged on camera about rigging the Missouri 2nd Congressional Convention to prevent participation by true conservatives to make sure the process was rigged for McCain.

The reason, conservatives stayed home last election rather then vote for McCain.

Ron Paul's people are angry white guys? I thought they were a broad spectrum of liberty lovers, young and old, male and female, caucasian and not caucasian. Lindsay Graham is wedded to the Bush II ideology of doing anything it takes to get elected. He's going to ride the sinking ship of the 2 party system to the bottom of the sea.
