Good to see the Judge broached the subject of taxation itself being inherently immoral. I happen to agree. Although, per the constitution, the Federal government is responsible for national defense, and I'm not sure how a modern military defense could be maintained by user fees.

Judge I am glad to see a public person, like yourself, bold enough to say that taxation is inherently coercive and immoral. If you want someone who will agree with you on air, next time you have Walter Block on ask him – he's awesome on the topic.

    Thanks again Judge!

ALL taxation is theft. The constitution specifically says that 'direct taxes' are not allowed. The 16th amendment didn't change that. Also there is NO LAW on the books for any income tax. The whole thing is a hoax.

Peter Schiff's dad knows this but unfortunately he get railroaded into jail. Actually he just filled out the forms incorrectly. Losthorizons dot com has info on how to fill out the tax forms correctly.

I wish these guys would not be afraid to check into this and find out the truth and STOP paying. I also wish they would wake up about 911.

    Corporate tax IS legal.

Judge, I understand why you can't get this show on cable. It's obvious that the powers that be don't want this info getting out to the masses. Why not try to "syndicate" Freedom watch out to some of the Patriot internet stations like GCN or Polygraph Radio or American freedom Radio? This show needs more exposure!! Alex Jones is very effective in this way. We love you Judge!!!

    Found Armentano video posted here.

I actually saw his interview in alot of places. I am taking credit by the way, I first submitted it to the marijuana reddit as soon as it hit, and it got upvoted over 200 times, then someone posted it in politics and it made front page.

DailyPaul put it on front page, now NORML blog running it, good stuff, alot of eyes!

infuriating that morons like this armentano guy want to fight for marajuana legalisation on the grounds that it can cure cancer, it's safer than alcohol and it helps people in pain! what a load of bolony!

there is only 1 argument for marajuana along with all other narcotics! this is America for god's sake! as an individual i have the right to smoke, drink, eat, inhale and/or inject what i want! in much the same way that i have a right to bear arms, the right to free speech and the right to economic liberty! if i abuse those rights and break the law by all means i must be punished but until then, drugs have no victim and therefore no crime!

and for those conservative idiots who have championed the big government, nanny state and encouraged the war on drugs for years, it is you who i will blame when they come for what's left of our bill of rights! that includes the 1st and 2nd! wake up!

Hey Rob Dee… I really don't think Paul A. is a moron. You're off track concerning pot's safety and efficacy. Thousands are using it for a plethora of ailments so do a little research next time so you don't look completely uninformed. Your "one argument" however is spot on and thank you for over looking your bias towards cannabis to make that point. It's a freedom issue and you saw it for what it is.

More importantly THANK YOU Judge for your freedom watch on this subject. This is a true American tragedy. Over 20,000,000 arrested for a possessing a plant substance that is safer than coffee? And rob dee and all of us have been paying for it for over 40 years?

Why is that a load of baloney? I don't know about curing cancer, but it's been shown countless times to ease the nausea and other symptoms caused by chemotherapy, and there's no question it's safer than alcohol.

But you're absolutely right that it's my body and I should have a right to do whatever I want to it as long as I'm hurting anyone else or treading on anyone else's rights.

    Moldy and libertarian mike,

i was not referring to mj’s cancer fighting qualities as baloney! the argument is baloney! whether it’s safe, fights cancer, nausea, whether it’s worse than alcohol is ALL IRRELEVANT!!!!!!! the point is that in a free society, i decide what i want to take whether it’s dangerous or not, beneficial or not!

the basic assumption in paul armentano’s argument is that if, in his opinion, mj was not safe, was worse than alcohol and did not have cancer fighting qualities, it would then be ok to keep the status quo! this is a dangerous precedent for libertarians to set because many more things can be outlawed in this way!

my argument also works wonders on social conservatives:

sc “drugs are unsafe, a danger to society and we must continue the war on drugs”

me”yeah bud, keep cheering on the big government crowd. right now one of them is arguing the same point about your guns!”

    simple but effective!

    Moldy?
    Sounds like we agree.
I actually haven't seen the video (yet), so I was reacting only to what you said, in a vacuum.

This is something we all definitely need to address. I agree that we have the right to do what we want but look at NORML's webpage when the site research on their page showing beneficial things like it being able to fight cancer, having no addiction, etc. The research is legit research(i.e. Reuters) that marijuana shows more health benefits than we know but the reason why we don't know is because of the government keeping it from our knowledge. It was interesting to also not hear the mentioning of Harry Anslinger(first head of Federal Bureau of Narcotics) or William Randolph Hearst being brought up and how they are given pretty much all the credit for banning marijuana. Look up their "blood politics" sometime…they were the most racist bunch of assholes I have read about and yet they were the ones who helped ban it. I don't think Obama would have a great time supporting an anti marijuana campaign after seeing Anslinger's former messages to the public.
