The approach of this gloomy state is very real. The ruling elite know they cannot hold off their economic fraud for much longer with their false promises of economic rescue. They are knowingly diverting people's attention to other issues. They know that the One World Government must be imposed quickly, before people wake up enough to become belligerent and fiercely rebellious. The ruling elite know that civil wars will erupt uncontrollably around the world if they do not move fast enough.

These guys are dead on. The Fannie/Freddie distortion in a free market completely removed consequences for loss. It's like sticking a free for all fountain of youth in the middle of a biosphere.

If the Federal Reserve is really unconstitutional (which I think most people watching the show incl. me would agree), then how do we take action against it? In other words, why do we need to try to convince Congress to pass a bill to audit it or better yet eliminate it? Why can't we sue for redress of grievances? I think someone like Tom Woods could be called as an expert witness and could certainly prove that they have "injured" the economy as a whole with their inflationary meddling. Can't we create the biggest class action lawsuit in history? I mean if big tobacco can be forced to pay 100's of billions, why not the Federal Reserve? Oh yeah, they would just print the money. Anyway, as a lay person, I would really like to understand the legal options and roadblocks to challenging the constitutionality of the Fed.

I believe I've heard Judge Napolitano speak to the fact that the states could collectively address the unconstitutionality of the Federal Reserve. How to get the states to unite on this issue, among several issues, and address the issues as a collective I don't know. At the time the Income tax and Federal Reserve were voted into being, I understand that many considered both to be unconstitutional, yet, they passed — after years of debate on the income tax, anyway. Why didn't the states oppose both at the time– in 1913?? Instead, I have read that the signatures of 30+ state governors were forged in ratification. With these new proposals from the White House promoting more power and jurisdiction for the Fed, something must be done. How do we get the states to act and abolish the Fed….AND the income tax?

Is there anyway the embed code can be sent out via a mailing list or perhaps make the code up date to the newest episode without having to switch code out on your site each week?
