This show needs to get on the air. Beck has the viewership to deserve being bumped in to prime time, this show should take his 5:00ET spot.

Wow, this is what Americans should be talking about!

I can’t believe this is just an internet show, it should really be on TV.

Is Fox scared to air this program?

  6. eve Said,

    April 15, 2009 @ 11:14 pm

Now that Ms. Coulter has endorsed Ron Paul for 2012, she should be invited on this show. I'd like to hear her discuss issues that are important to Freedom Watch and see where she stands, or where she says she stands for the moment anyway.

LOVE Shelly & the Twitter interaction – more of that please!

  8. Andy Said,

I'm not a really big fan of Fox News, but this show really has me hooked. Fortunately for me, I don't have to have Fox in my cable line-up to watch it online. If they aired this show on cable network television instead, it would REALLY screw me over. If that happened, I might even have to call my cable company and get Fox News added back to the line-up.

(If you're a producer at Fox, that was what's called a "Hint") :)

  9. insurgent Said,

Freedom Watch is *by far* the best political commentary show on *any* network by people that GET IT. Having Shelly on there reading Tweets from the tweople is a great addition!

  10. roxi Said,

    April 16, 2009 @ 12:49 am

this is exactly the kind of show that SHOULD be airing on FOX, instead of shows like nancy grace talking about the same thing over and over again for 3 months… WHY CAN'T I WATCH THIS ON CABLE????????????

  11. DSieve Said,

What a breath of fresh air. Judge Napolitano is talking about the issues that I want to see discussed on the national stage.

  12. padre29 Said,

This show rocks, the 16th and 17th amendment? The Governmental Creep of the DHS for even "Good" Americans?

Zorchy stuff, I prefer if if doesn't go mainstream with a nightly time slot, stay independent Judge Napolitano!

  13. Jay Said,

With watching all the tweets coming in from Shelly it totally added another cool extension to the show! It certainly is a lot better than slow email and we get to see what's going on via twitter! Very AWESOME addition I hope Shelly gets invited back more! :)

  14. JimC Said,

I say it every week, and I'll say it again. AWESOME! the best show ever and the only must watch show each week. Personally, I hope they don't take it to Fox. One of the big draws for me is that its uninterrupted by commercials, and that he can take his time with the interviews and give people time to make long answers. You just can't have that on the regular channel. Also I think there is more freedom to speak the truth in this format than there would be on the big channel just because whenever you have advertisers it seems to stifle things a bit.
I love the regulars Peter, Lou, and Mr. Paul, and what can you say about Michelle, and now Shelly? The judge started off with an unintenionally funny line when he asked if anyone wanted to twitter Shelly.
Seriously though, this show performs a great service, and I hope it runs a long time. It would be great if they would continue to have regular visits by the Brits also, I enjoy hearing their take on things.

Is there anywhere I can download Freedom Watch (this show, and previous ones) in MP3 format? Of course, I've already got the first broadcast, but Google hasn't produced the results I'm seeking.

Thanks in advance for any information from anyone. Wednesdays are always a fun day: Freedom Watch in the afternoon, then Wall Street Unspun in the evening…it's a real goldmine!

  17. Had_Enough Said,

I'm in the same boat Danny.

check out Freedom Watch, and then get my podcast of Wall Street Unspun – And don't forget Peter's V-logs he's now doing. Short but sweet.

Now to top it off, I try to get some You Tube interviews of Ron Paul.

Also, there is a Professor Steven Keen from Australia, who is in the same league as these folks. Dateline did an interview with Steven and Peter at the same time. Great show. Look him up also.

The format of the show is very strong and the information vital. I especially appreciated the real time interaction via Twitter and Shelly Roche as the Twitter correspondent. It's fantastic to see Fox embracing such a relevant technology. I hope Twitter and Ms. Roche become regular features of the show. Thanks and keep up the great work- looking forward to watching on-air someday…

Great Show. However, I think they missed the forest for the trees with respect to the income tax. We don't need to simplify it or reduce it, we need to simply eliminate it. Income taxes are immoral. Income taxes assume that the time you trade for the earnings you receive is really owned by the government. This is the definition of slavery. Income taxes steal our time, and earnings, which are distinctly different than profit. Are we to be slaves to the state? How can we be "the land of the free" as economic slaves?

  25. mf cummings Said,

This show needs to be part of the regular line up for all to see. It is the only show of it's kind and the only reason I watch FOXNews. Prior to discovering judge Napolitano, I thought FOXNews was not very different from the rest. This show really sets it apart.

Thank you for producing this show.

Fantastic! It is a breath of fresh air to see that the average tax paying American can be represented and have a voice. We know that as soon as we elect one from among us they seem to loose all interest in the real issues – the election is an ends to a means for most politicians. THIS type of a show keeps their feet to the fire of the voice of THEIR constituents.

  28. mike Said,

    April 16, 2009 @ 7:23 pm

I cant stand Fox news but you put the Judge back on and discuss "real" issues that "we the people" have, then you better bet I will watch every last episode along with my friends and family.

  29. elkojohn Said,

I'm a 100% Libertarian as long as there is a provision for lower income people so they can afford decent housing, education & medical care. There are a lot of hard working people who cannot afford $1200 per month rent PLUS $1500 per month for family health care insurance PLUS $25000 per year for each kid's college tuition. If this country is only for the wealthy class, who can afford the above no matter what the cost, then we need another revolution.

  30. Susan Marshall Said,

Finally….the tide is turning for true Americans against the Israeli-Zionist-Communist that has been working for over 80 years to subvert this great nation. The Hate Crime bill, HR 262 and 256 and NOW HR1913, are ONLY mean to take our First Amendment rights of free speech away and as Ron Paul said, work hand-in-hand with the Patriot Act.

If the Feds can to a search of our computers without a warrant, my question is: Why can't they do a warrantless search of Section 8 housing and apartments for ILLEGAL guns? Isn't that true security…..safety from illegal weapons?

Support people like Ron Paul as much as possible while working individually. He is one of the very few who told us the truth from the beginning and the Jewish-run media ignored him.

  31. Chris Said,

    April 16, 2009 @ 8:57 pm

I think Fox news would reclaim some of their dignity ( in my book ) if they aired this show

  32. Sylvia Said,

Excellent show. this NEEDS to be put on the air, I know too many people who are noticing these unconstitutional acts by the government itself and we need to hear the cold and hard facts – knowledge.

I look forward to this show and your input!

I'd watch this show everyday in a heartbeat. It's an untapped and growing arena of intelligent, patriotic, freedom loving individuals who all share the common goal of sound money, limited government and free markets.

I always enjoyed listening to Judge Andrew Napolitano when I was a subscriber to Bill O'Reilly's Radio Factor a few years ago, but I had to cancel when the streaming method changed and I was blocked at work, where I would always listen at night. Being a Ron Paul supporter, I am extremely enthusiastic about the new direction that Fox News appears to be heading and I would definitely watch the judge's show if it were on TV. It's just too bad they treated Dr. Paul like a kook when he was running for President. And I agree completely with a previous poster who suggested that Glenn Beck's program be moved to prime time, especially since HIS ratings are beating all of the other cable news networks combined. I'd like to actually see Fox News not replay O'Reilly, Hannity, and Greta three times throughout the night and switch to only airing twice with Beck's and Napolitano's shows immediately following Greta's. And what great guests to have on Napolitano's first show! You can tell that someone intelligent is in charge of programming over there at Fox News. Thank you!

This is the fundamental misunderstanding that prevents people from acting in their own best interest.
It seems that, having acquired a conditioning to and an acceptance of the premise, though peer pressure, education and constant reinforcement, we become incapable of recognizing it for the slavery it is.
    What's a conundrum?

  43. JTB Said,

JimC has made a very good point. The show would lose the very things that make it so important, its honesty, directness and subject matter. Being absorbed by FOX TV would subject it to the pressures exerted by sponsors and managers the effects of which can easily be seen in the other FOX TV shows. Having said that, it is so important for these issues to be discussed in front of those who find FOX TV so captivating, to counteract the brainwashing those viewers are receiving from Robert Murdoch.

I am in no way associated with this website other than I read the book Cracking the Code.
But the idea is that the income tax is not a tax upon all that comes in but a tax upon privileged income. That most people are not responsible for these taxes and if they would stop self-incriminating and realize they are not within the definition of those that must pay this excise tax. The site is almost up to $10,000,000 in money that people have retained or received back. I would really love to hear the Judge and some of the people on the panel have a take on this.

-Get Mozilla Firefox if you don't already have it
-Go to https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/35… and install the Fast Video Download extention
-Restart Firefox and go to the Youtube playlist
-When Part 1 starts, click the icon at the bottom of the Firefox window, and follow the instructions to save the .flv video file
    -Repeat with parts 2-6
-Download VLC Media Player to watch the files. http://download.cnet.com/VLC-Media-Player/3000-13
